I have 20 pieces Hitachi 2SK216 and 2SJ79 All Hitachi Fets are genuine and bought somewhere in the mid 80ths. Toshiba's 2SJ313 and 2SK2013 are substitutes for the 2SJ79 and 2SK216 / TO220 case (25W) with small Ciss, Crss. All Fets unused / NOS. And hard to obtaining parts. Sold only in Pairs above 5 or 10. Asking 30 Euro for five pieces from each 2SK216 & 2SJ79.
