Apologies for not being clear.. I want a passive in the sense it should not add gain. It should have drive capability to be directly connected to a power amp that has a lower impedance Than normal. I understood that preamp like B1 have low impedance at output to have the ability to fit to these low input impedance amps. Hope it makes sense now? Again sorry for not explaining as it should.
