Hi DIYers,

As part of my comapny's Market Research, I offer to sell the following transistors. All transistors below are factory-direct from original manufacturer ie Toshiba and Sanken. They are all complementary pairs.

Technical comments:

The 246/103 complementary pair can be used to folded-cascode a transistor, be it BJT, MOSFET of JFET. They have symmetrical high breakdown voltage of 50V. Together with high Vgs(off) make them ideal for cascoding.

The 364/104 complementary pair can be used in a different number of ways: current source, main voltage amplifer and as a buffer. They have very high gm (higher than 170/74). You can use GR or BL grade for current source and V grade for buffering. You can also folded-cascode the GR / BL with 246/103 for higher impedance of current source.

The 3381/1349 is a complementary dual monolithic low noise BJT pair rated at 80V. They are no longer in production, hence the high price tag. You can use it for telescopic cascode to shield the high voltage from high gm/hfe transistors. Data sheets and matching on request.

The 5171/1930 is a complementary pair for driving the output stage. Rated at 2A.

The 5200/1943 is the up-dated version of 2SC3281/2SA1302 (MJL3281A/MJL1302A). They are not more linear.

The 2837/1186 complementary pair is a "damp fast" output stage BJTs with fT=70Mhz. These are I think the fastest Audio complementary BJTs on earth.

I can also match complementary devices or do a special selection at a higher cost. Send me a email for that. For Power BJTs, I can match the Hfe or Vbe. For JFETs, I can match to with 1% of their Idss. (elsewhere 10% at rediculus price). Special selection can be made as well. However, note the higher prices. Expect 50% more.

Have fun!:)
