trade 5U chassis for 4U chassis + $70.00?

I purchased the Standard 5U chassis from the diyAudio store. Now I realize this chassis is much larger than what I need. The difference in price between the standard 5U and the standard 4U is $70.00, so I'm willing to trade my 5U for a 4U plus $70.00. Or I'll sell the 5U for $299.00. Chassis is in "mint" condition. I haven't touched it except to assemble it. I would entertain other items instead of the $70.00. For example, I'm also looking for small woofers for a 2-way speaker, or a preamp chassis like the 2U. A benchtop signal generator would be nice. I'm in Portland, Oregon.
