I am looking for a Heathkit IT-28 Capacitor Checker, working or not working, but in good cosmetic condition. Will consider the IT-11 as well but more fond of the "Tan" period. Will pay up to $60 including shipping to 76028. Open to other units from same time period but measuring leakage is a must. That and the awesome magic eye. :)
