STA517B Chips - For Super-high power Tripath TK2050

They are used in 41hz' AMP11-HV, but they don't sell the chips alone anymore, as they are no longer made.

They are absolute gems.

Replacing the TP2050 output bridge chips of the TK2050 chipset with these will allow you to use supply voltages of 60v, almost double that of the original TP2050. Essentially, this chip allows you to have the power of an LM3886 chip amp with the clarity of a Tripath.

Apparently, the TP2050 can do 117 watts x1 @ 4ohm, 10% THD max, while the STA517B can do 350 watts at the same specs, except at 54v instead of 30v.
