Delta Electronics tube preamp. Four 7695 tubes.

"Works with problems". When adjusting the dual volume controls the sound goes in and out, there is feedback to the speakers at points. Once I found a medium level point where the sound was clear the dual vol controls were at different positions so they are out of synch. It does however sound very nice.
I'm no tech but my thought was to replace the volume controls with a singl stereo one. But I will never get to it.
Sell for $110 plus shipping. Bought for $150.

It isn't a phono preamp is it? That almost looks like a grounding lug between the RCAs.

Does appear to be grounding post - threaded. Never tried it for phono. Level seemed ok for cdp tho. Tried to converse with the builder about the problems but he wouldn't respond.
