I threw countless CDs in the city dump last spring. Hard for me to imagine what anyone uses them for these days. I haven't owned a CD player in 15 years, maybe 20. The CDs I do keep around are for nostalgia, like all my vinyl. The vinyl actually gets played sometimes.

Thank You to those of you dumping CD's, as they eventually show up on Swap-a-CD!

There are so many CD's showing up from an era gone by, like the 1994 The Grassy Knoll which I recently discovered, having somehow missed this piece of psychedelia from Nettwerk Records the first go-around.

Over time I've gotten all four Portishead CD's from the club, and right now there is one Roseland NYC Live CD available.
