Alps dual log 10k volume control, $16$ each + postage, this volume with 2 vishay 1k (serie s102k) will make a superb passive preamp.

Yes Geek, brand new alps 100k dual shaft on Harman Kardon preamp board,also 2x 50k dual for tone + one single 50k balance .
