FS: Modwright modded - Sony DVP-NS999ES SACD player $495

Moving out of the country and reluctantly selling...

Sony DVP-NS999ES SACD player: ModWright modded to completely bypass the output section and come direct off the DAC giving a smoother, more detailed presentation. Should be no problem for all but low-gain preamps because the output of the 999ES DAC is very high, well over 1 volt. I have also used this even without a preamp with both the Charlize and KingRex Tripath based amps and the combo had plenty of gain.

Other minor ModWright mods to the power supply and transport. A awesome sounding player or the money. $495
