I know this is a DIY site, anyone using a Klipsch KSW 200

The Klipsch I am using has a buzz type resonance as levels go up past 11:00.
It is not the electronics or amp, I do not think. The cabinet looks to be full 3/4"
Is there any history that the internal bracing comes loose over time. Any one else have this problem. It appears to be a very punchy unit otherwise. In my room I seldom go past 9:00 on the volume.

this could be anything from vent noise to loose screws/panels or a torn surround and with a plate amp built in there's lots of bits that can start to rattle at high volume. finding the source can be tricky.

Sometimes you can narrow it down with a homemade stethoscope. Two small funnels and a piece of rubber/plastic tubing can do the job.
