Adire HS200 - Worth the $?

Any experience with the Adire HS200 sub amp out there?

Is this unit worth the additional $100 for the quasi-parametric EQ flexibility and the 4th order LR crossover or is this a waste for a sub amp?

The EQ looks nice but I am concerned about the simple phase switch rather than a continuously variable adjustment.
