Pretty cool, I like the form factor.

Very nicely executed CNC work, very impressive.

Kaplaars. Superb construction. Please tell me about what looks like a ferrite torus for filtering AC in one of your photos?

Default SE Class A Headamp using Ten BF862 JFETs

Just built this using my own hand etched boards and PowerPoint layout art. Design is by EUVL from this thread. Single rail supply is nice for portable application and I am using a step up booster (adjustable but set at 17v) to allow running from 5v cell phone charger. Bias current is about 50mA total. Drives my DT880-250's with ease.

Nice sounding amp and another winner from EUVL.

It is. Very organized, very symmetrical, every thing a DIYer attempts to achieve. How does it sound? Who knows. I most likely never will. How would those heat sinks perform in class a? Very curious.

This heat sink + F5 = blasphemy?

Those heatsinks look cool but awful performance wise. They don't follow engineering principles of maximizing surface area vs volume (you need some to conduct heat to the tip of the fin). Fins should not be thick like this - serves more as thermal mass than fin radiator.
