I need to switch a line level audio signal on/off via a remote and/or a manual switch. I have seen the thread for the remote volume control and I basically need the same thing but something that only switches the signal on or off. My Parasound AVC1800 keeps the sub output active all the time. When I am listing to CD/LP I don't want the subs on because my R/L speakers are fullrange but when I'm watching a movie, I want the subs active. I am a newbee so please keep your answers as simple as possible. Thanks!
