I have built a zen with a single power supply to drive both channels. The transformer I am using is an old EI type and unfortunately reaches about 60oC in about an hours use before stablizing.
I will have to replace it. There is no clear indication of the VA rating for a zen running off a single transformer. I intend to run it at 25v AC. I was thinking of using a 0 12 0 12 @ 10A. Is this enough or to much. What peak current should I expect.
