Recently I discoverd a stand alone VST host called "LIVE PROFESSOR" and a few others but the names escape me at the moment.
I have found some very nice sounding delays,eq's,echos,amp simulators and reverbs all for free.
I now use my spare computers and sound cards as effects on the AUX send and returns on my mixer.
They sound so good, enough, that I haven't bothered to wire in my two alesis quadreverbs yet. jer
