Default Cable

Sorry, Elso, I have to correct your post about my cables.

The audio cable is comprised of a proprietary blend of
various precious metals including silver. It is not an alloy or
"a propietary blend of metals" but all metals are drawn simultaneously into a
strand. The strand is then covered with Teflon ® to protect it for
oxidation and moisture.

Why different metals? To have the best of all worlds! Good bass,
mids and highs.

I hope this is clear for all members now.

All the best,

Audiofanatic

P.S. sorry for the delay guys

Ok, I lift up this thread so there wont be any thread jacking, this thread deserves some attention me think!

I posted the below quotation first in this thread: How much innovation is possible with Discrete Class-A Amplifiers?, but let's stay here!

Pitty it didn't last any longer.
BTW have you or anybody else built that amp, any listening experiences to cheer?

Cheers Michael

PS: I must really quote Zodiac's "briliant and outstanding" quotation to Elso's KISS thread, the funniest quotation ever read here on Diyaudio!

My next project, entitled BANG - "Big Audio Noise Generator", will have the following spec, after I had an extensive consultation with the Oracle of Delphi:

- 5kW transformer, made from Meteorite Iron Ore
- 10,000uf of Audio Note Neiro silver film capacitors, which were blessed by Tibetan monks
- ultra-low disortion, handmade BANG1 valve, capable of 500W single ended
- output transformers made from superconducting carbon, held at -272K in a gas chamber

I heard of some audio apparatus as being real killers.
What can then be behind the K.I.L.L. concept ?

Hey Ultima Thule,

BANG.Beware, this is an already established name in audio, associated with OLUSFSEN. And when associated with BIG, it's a quite old and very ambitious project.

I am interested.

Has it been told:

1. What does the standard version (with silver-teflon wires) cost?
in USD dollars of course ..... thank you

2. Where can I buy it?
suppliers, world wide distribution etc.

3. Anyone has listened to this amplifier?
sound quality, performance, reviews etc.

Thanks for any info
Regards
