Checked and tested the NTE373 and 374 but they behave badly in step and square.
At voltage, at what current, and at what frequency do you test this? What was the load in terms of R/L/C? Did you swap a different transistor and see much better behavior? If so, what was that transistor?
This is the kind of test that I could replicate and capture screen shots.
Replaced output signal generator. Checked scope. Replaced with 2sc1220a big difference

HFE 488 for "pspice model" and 2m for "ltspice model"
164 for the 2SA1381 cordel model in the same situation

I used in my preamplifier power supply. LtSpice showed the gain about 210, and it was approx. 230 in real life. The current was 10mA.

I tested the TTC004 in JLH69 as a VAS transistor, and it wasn't good, it had a blurry sound. As a driver I don't know what it is, I plan to test it in a Hiragi 20W which I'll be doing soon. I currently have a TTA004 and a TTC004 in a Walt Jung shunt regulator. Toshiba's model is good, it doesn't deviate much from the measurements.

I have an error with U1, hFE for Q1 and Q2 are identical to your simulation.
