Default Adcom GFA 555/GTP 400 issue

Hello all, I've had these units stored away for a few years now. I recently got them out to run some PA SDA 2Bs I recently bought and I've run into a volume issue. I'm spinning vinyl with this set up, and at any volume below half way, the sound will fade in and out in each channel, independently from each other. If I turn the volume up past the halfway point, the channels will lock in and stop fading. I tested on a different pair of speakers and got the same results. I also tested with a different TT, and I get the same fading problem. Anyone with ideas?

First, try cleaning the volume control. If that doesn't help, clean the other switches and controls.
This is very good: CAIG DeoxIT D5S-6 Spray 5 oz. with Perfect Straw

Just wanted to follow up and say the problem was a bad cap in the right channel. Had it fixed, and she's singing like a songbird now. Love this amp, and my PAs do too.
