No bias and weird sine wave on scope... Help

This is a pic of 1khz of my Marantz 2330 left channel output.
Tested the preamp and it's ok. The problem is at the amp P700 board.
I also noticed that there is no idle current with this channel, changed the pot but still nothing happens.
Also changed between the channels the outputs and still nothing. Put new electrolytics also.
For me it's not a bias problem because it seems a lot of noise and not a crossover distortion.
What am I missing? How the folks here approach this problem?

For starters, you need to check more than just what you see at the the output. Compare the marked DC voltages on the schematic and the other channel, like supply voltages and then the transistor Vbe drops and diode voltages (about 0.65V) per semi. Take a look at the scope responses at the amplifier's earlier stages too.
