Default Crestron (ATI) CNAMPX-2X60 pics

Hey everyone:

I picked up a couple of these amps used, but in very good condition.
Earlier, I had posted a thread requesting schematics for for the Crestron (ATI-made) CNAMPX-2X60 amps. I finally got the time to take a few pics of the internals, in case anyone is interested.

The first things that I noticed, compared with my ancient Mac 2105: The bass control is drastically better than my old McIntosh. Imaging is much better than the Mac too. The dynamics are much more lively. And the amps are very quiet. At full volume, I hear nothing through the speakers, even if I'm right beside them.

I found one of these earlier this week at a local university's salvage sale. I've managed to do a minimal functional test on it using a 24VDC regulated wall-wart I found just the next day at a thrift shop. I'm happy with the amp, and I'm debating whether to try to bypass the "net" feature. It appears that in addition to the power relay on the inside of the front panel, the external 24V also powers the speaker protection board relays. Still thinking of how to work around that bit.
