what about sound quality in RIAA preamplifiers ?
Maybe perfect, if an additional buffer (e. g. a discrete single ended source follower stage) is added.
Idle current only 4mA for the whole OPA and no internal output buffer like AD797 - for internal simplyfied schematics go to page 11 under

They do cite a THD% statistic of 0.0003% under certain conditions.

Expensive chip, not as expensive as OPA637, however. Fetishists will be disappointed that there isn't a TO-99 version!

So its not going to fit on my S-DEC then. Rats !
