Meter scale artwork like that is a custom styling feature added or incorporated to special order by the manufacturer of the audio gear. It's almost guaranteed to be a custom product and not something generic that you can buy off the shelf - maybe not even from Rockwell.
If you want to replace a burned-out custom meter, you need a donor wreck to get one or measure the faceplate and look for a standard meter with the same dimensions that can be easily opened up - then swap the meter scales. Like with any custom parts used in retail products though, there are minor differences that can still make this difficult - YMMV.
