PCBs for Stochino's Amp

I built the original Stochino amps from Electronics World August 1998 (which I still use and are great). At the time you could buy PCBs through the publisher. I'm trying to get another couple - I doubt the publisher would still have them available and I can't find any artwork for the PCB. Does anyone have an unpopulated original PCB or scans than I could reproduce?
