Marantz PM66KI Problem - no 'click' and smoking resistor

Apologies for joining up and immediately posting for help, but you all seem a friendly and helpful bunch!

I have a Marantz PM66KI and when it is switched on, I get lights on the front but no click as the protection relay energises and R763 starts smoking.

I've had a read of the other threads on here and have tested the below- all are fine.

R767 that's the dual 0.1 ohm.
R765 and R773. Both 2.2 ohm.
R763 a 330 ohm.
R757 and R759. Both 100 ohm
R761 a 1k

Would anyone be able to suggest the next places to test and what to look for?

Have a look for DC on the outputs before the relay. If there is DC, there is an issue with one amplifier.
