I am new to the forum and do not do any electronics work so doing it myself isn't an option. I've owned a Parasound hca-3500 for 17 years since it was new. I'm familiar with the possible issues that are inherent with the final production units and I've avoided sending it to Tony at Parasound while it was under warranty bc of the shipping and never got around to it.
So far I am considering either to send it off to Parasound to have them service it or sending it to Big Sky Audio in Montana. I would be interested in hearing if anyone has any input or suggestions. I'm not aware of anyone else who does successful and reputable mods.
