Matching power MOSFETs

I'm going to solder the MOSFETS (IRF640/9640) into the PCBs
for my Stochino amplifier imminently. These will be paired
in parallel, with a 0.33 ohm resistor in series with each
MOSFET to improve current sharing. I have four amp boards.

I have a batch of transistors, and I'd like to sort them
into pairs whose quiescent current (around 150mA) is
matched more or less equally. What is the easiest way to
do this, with standard electronic test gear (in other words
without relying on automatic curve tracing, for instance)?

A further question - how vulnerable to electrostatic damage
are modern MOSFETS like these?

Thanks,

Alex
