The output of these types of amplifiers should be within a volt or so of the output section supply under maximum load.
With a regulated +/-58V supply you would probably get 200W (8R)
But if it is a transformer / rectifier / filter cap 58V supply, if it drops to 50V under load (between filter capacitor charging from rectifiers / transformer) then I would rate it at about 150W because this is where you would enter in to clipping and therefore more significant distortion.
