I don't know anything about LTspice; you need to find out how to set the library path so it includes these files; then you can just refer to the part numbers (in this case they're Qmjl21193 and Qmjl21194 ) from the netlist.

Hi Ian,
I´m using LTSpice as well and I got my models working reading this thread.
I never included *.lib files (only *.mod) but think it should work alike.

The easiest way to use a BJT model in LTSpice (provided it's implemented using a .MODEL statement and not .SUBCKT) is to locate the standard.bjt text file in your LTSpice\lib\cmp folder and just paste it in. If you add the LTSpice-specific Vceo, Icrating and mfg parameters, LTSpice will place this information in the "select bipolar transistor" dialog, which can be convenient.
