Mixer channel module. Right? Using low noise BJT in most linear classA configuration is still better than opamps for microphone preamplifier. Opamps drop its quality for mic tiny signal level.

I haven't tried it, but the labels across the bottom from left to right are:
Volume, Balance, Highs, Mids, Lows, Line, Microphone, and Microphone Input.
The top left is Voltage in.

All the rest are part values so nothing to translate there.

Pay attention to installation, especially recommended PCB there. After the way it was designed PCB and considering the way it was designed preamp diagram, output noise preamplifier I think it's pretty great. So carefully, do not have any disappointment.
