This pcb can be use, what is the size? BC639 can be use instead BD139, and only need 5mm hole in heatsink for TO92 case.

Nice pcb again, bases of 2N5401 in diff cascode must be conected to -15V (pin 4 of LF411).

Power of SR200 is 200W/8R, coil have 12 turns on 10mm diameter with 1,2mm wire.
