Hi!

I want to build this amplifier, and I have some questions. I don't want to use limiter, bridge mode and the protection. I marked some components on the picture below I think i don't need:

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

On the right side, I'm not sure if the two diodes (1n4007) are for the protect or the amplifier. Will it work if I remove these components?
And another question. Is +-70V enough to get about 350W at 8 ohm speaker?

Amp will work, but do not remove 1N4007.
+/-70V is enough for 350W at 4 ohm .

Bass from B500 have very good definition, and I like it, but you need 'CREST' style like VERTEX for 'real hard bass' or somethin simplier like this:

Use this circuit for amp led vu. Connect to amp with only 3 wire and no need to adjust (auto range).

Add LM339 for 4 more leds per channel, and you can have high resolution VU like in studios (20 leds per channel)
