100W Ultimate Fidelity Amplifier

I checked and I actually used a modified version of the above layout. I really just simplified a little as Alex had designed it with two different sets of holes for the resistors and caps. I removed the extra holes to make it easier to etch and drill. I am adding those file here.

These are also for toner transfer. I you need photo sense files let me know.

Sir please upload ax40 file

Sir I need because I made 1 channel .When I unplugged power transistor .Then no short . Serious bulbs light up like normal .But when I add 1 pair bulb full bright.ichek transistor. .That is ok

Not sure what file you need but here is what I have. It is A40 not AX40.

i have made this pcb. i have some problem. there is a continuous noise from speaker when input is not connected. when i connect input, hum remains but very low. i have also tried to connect signal gnd to speaker gnd but the sound goes away. i am using separate adapters to power P30.:(

Added a few more parts today to my AX14.

I'm stuck on what Resistor I should use for R26. I have a 3w 10r but it's way too big and a 1/2w 10r that seams to fit nicely with the silkscreen. Will a 1w 10r be ok? Or does it really need to be a 2 watt resistor?

I'm struggling to find and caps that are not ceramic for the 47pf (C7)and 100pf (C2, C9, C10).
Also C7 has a long rectangle and looks weird with a tiny ceramic in it. I'm trying not to have to order online again and local store is sparse. I may have to take my multimeter in with me and get serious. Lol.

By the way I used 1n4007 instead of 1n4004 for the diodes.

Tomorrow all my radial caps and output transistors arrive. I do have a ton of the other resistors i.e. BC547 / BC557, MJE340 / MJE350 from my local electronics store.

Thanks lads! 20190722_003742.jpg 20190722_003840.jpg 20190722_004029.jpg 20190722_004148.jpg

So what I've worked out is I need decent caps for the follow positions.

C1 - 10UF
C2 - 100pf
C7 - 47pf
C8 - 100nf
C14 - 100nf

I am planning these - from Digi-Key.com:

C1 - 10UF --- Nichicon UES1E100MDM1TD
C2 - 100pf --- Kemet C317C101J2G5TA
C7 - 47pf --- Cornell Dubilier CD15ED470JO3
C8 - 100nf --- Wima MKS2D031001A00MSSD
C14 - 100nf --- Panasonic ECW-F2104JAQ

all are pretty reasonable except "C7" which is $2/each, other option at DK is Kemet but it is $3/each - yikes! Hope that helps.
