100W Ultimate Fidelity Amplifier

I connected amp in series with 10Ω resistance, when nothing seems to burn I put fuse and tried to adjust bias but was not able to, even winding trim-pot to full. Amp was playing music but with crossover distortion at low volume.

Nice work, replace 1k resistor (base-colector BD139) with 1k5 and you can set bias.

i want use this OCP shematic for another amp
i use AX12 in my car with + -30VDC

my supply voltage will be + - 35 VDC in this amp
can i drive a relay with S output pin ?
my relay is like AUD600 power section relay
it must protect in 3A and when the out put is shorted
which one off resistors must be change ?

sound quality is very clear (thanks Apex), almost like B500, but the power is much greater. Future I will make tripple darlington B500 version, pcb driver is ready, just plug components.
