Thanks again for the analytic explained.Vertical mosfets need about 3,5V gate voltage to start conducting, low voltage drop on 0,33R or 0,47R source resistors have no efect on class AB bias thermal stability. You need source resistor with multiple output devices for current sharing with high output power.
Terry and others, you must redrawn the pcb. after this.

You do not need resistors with single output pairs just BC546 must be on main heatsink with outputs.
The picture in post #1103 shows the BC546 in the center of the PCB. Is this a mistake?

No mistake, I use this pcb in class B for subwoofer. BC546 can be coupled with outputs.
How about the F100 power supply and protection.
it can be good but do you have any thing else and some simple ?
If you want use lower rail voltage instead +/-55V resistor 18k must be replaced with 15k for +/-45V or 12k for +/-35V, also resistors 4k7 must be used instead 6k8 becouse there is no CCS on MOS200.
can i use it in 2 ohm load ?

No
BD139 instead BC546
The BD139 that lays on the heatsink has pins reversed. It would have to be attached with top to heatsink.
@still4given - I think that "IN" and "SGND" should be swapped on your silkscreen.

Thanks. This should be correct.

Hi Terry, i think some pads or better all pads must be enlarged.Looking forward to hearing your assessment.
Blessings
This will be more diy friendly.
