It might be better to contact the publisher.
They are the ones who care and know the law, especially when the matter pertains to an older edition.

I am looking for this as usual book, which I can't find anywhere, probably because the edition is out of print.
But I could place a search query on ebay.
Maybe someone can upload the image of the associated cover.
