Default Vendor for pot with "D" shaped shaft

I need a 100K pot that fits in a 3/8 hole and has a "D" shaped shaft. I couldn't find it at Mouser, Newark, or Digikey.

As above, plus a small vise. I usually file a small flat with a narrow file, just wide enough to accept the set screw, rather than filing a long portion of the shaft. Nor does it have to be too deep. Just enough so any burr raised can't foul the knob when you try to get it off, and just enough to provide a good rotational index.
