fqp30n06 LTSPICE model

Can you upload the LTspice file? That might help us identify the problem. But one issue may be that this model is a subcircuit, whereas the built-in LTspice NMOS symbol expects a device defined with the .MODEL directive. To use this subcircuit model, you will need a compatible symbol file that can be used with a subcircuit.

@Dibya,

If you are still here and I'm right about you trying to use your subcircuit model with the LTspice NMOS symbol, try the attached symbol file in place of the one provided by LTspice. The forum won't allow uploading files with the .asy extension so you will need to rename this file to xnmos.asy. Move it into the sym folder (or a user folder of your choosing) so that LTspice will make it available to insert into a schematic.

I hope this helps.
