there is no active link to download.

You're right about there being no links. In fact, the front page of the site confuses one, because it seems to talk of some political issues, not about Music And Design. But Google is your friend. The very first hit itself seems to be the right one, at least for me, given my search history.
Hoping to use it but have Office 2016 installed. Macros will not work because of its earlier version.
Anyone have the password so I can go in and fix it?
Although I don't use ABC Dipole, it does work with Excel 2007.
If you want to edit the macros it seems that this can be done in Libre Office using Calc with the macro editing tools.
