DN2540 SPICE Model

Does anyone have a good spice model for the DN2540 and 10M40, known to work in LTSpice that they can post here? While obviously not a tube, they are often employed in conjunction with tubes.

Here is a model for the IXCP10M90S; it might be close enough to the 10M40 or 10M45 to be usable.

Try Ian Hegglun VDMOS mode posted in Better power MOSFET models in LTSpice.

But watch out. The DN2540 models I've tried do not simulate the nonlinear capacitance vs voltage (D-G) characteristic, which can be pretty severe.
