It doesn't really look like an IV circuit! It seems like you use the DAC in the voltage mode (With an ESS DAC this reduces the the performance dramatically by the way).

If it is a commercial product, you should also make sure that safety requirements are met. This is not the case at the moment. There is no connection to safety Earth.
