Would be possible to use the dac without the output stage? Besides the fact that the gain is very low... could be damaged in any way?

No, it would not hurt the dac. The dac chip has built in series resistors that should keep it safe from shorts. Be aware that there will be 1.65V offset that needs to be handled. There will also be some out of band noise. If your amplifier has very high bandwidth and/or marginal stability this has to be managed as well.

Have i to state the accesories like on-off-pcb, mains plug extra, does this belong to the complete kit only?

I would have these accesories also, all except case.

Have you tried using the "Digital Isolator & Synchronous Re-clocker for Amanero" board by Acko with the DAC-END R? If so, do you recommend adding it to the DAC-END R?
