Patrick, I dont mind assisting with a group buy for such a thing, however, I would not support devaluing the cost on a customs form, so value would be ~31 usd.
Expensive little chip.
This will be a pricey unit when done, output tranny and all, unless that can be avioided.
 
There are no cheap AD1865s around, and you can search the forum for comments about sonic differences between different grades. I personally would only go for the NK grade. And I think the PCB is designed for DIP package anyway.

Whatever, there does not seem to be much interest anyhow .....

Hi quanghao!

It looks like you have added an analog filter to the original design (on DAC board, choke and capacitor) ... Is that so? Why? And can it be by-passed?

YES! That is one option, you can choice or no! I make it for many pople can use!
When You use I/v which tranformer you dont need filter.
You use I/v normal Tube or OP , you can use this option! If you like!
