I have a MTXRT251D at home that I got off ebay a while back. It hooked it up to a cheap woofer when I got it and when I turned it on it promply cooked the voice coil in the woofer. I put a meter across the speaker terminals and I got 40VDC. The are no visibly bad chips inside the amp. Where should I start on this one. I'm used to working much less congested amps, I've never touched a class D ap before though. This is a mono amp.
If you do that, dont forget to pad with resistor the input of your sound card...And lift the ground of your amplifier to avoid power short to your computer...And last but most important..Do it with old not used computer!
