New HiFi nerd in Los Angeles
Ive been into audiophile sound since high school (class o' 81).
Now I have joined the DAW world as well on a PC.
I have no electronics training, although I am a guest lecturer at the School of Hard Knocks.:smash:
I am always searching ways to improve the quality of my music playback. At the same time, I try to avoid tweaks that only work in theory, and I concentrate on improvements that I will likely be able to hear(and afford).
I have a degrees in Fine Art : BFA Otis/Parsons ' 86 , MFA Claremont Grad. School '88.
Below is a short list of my audio gear:
Audible Illusions 2d (pre)
Muse 175 monoblocks (power)
BK 160 (power)
NAD 7155 (reciever)
Luxman T-110 (analog tuner)
VPI Aries Scout w/Grado Sonata
System Audio 1270 (spkr)
Mission 782 (cirrca 1989)
2gig Corsair XMS 3200LL
RME HDSP 9632 +word clock and extra analog in/out boards

Things I want to build:
an Ark like Moses did, only this one will be for space travel.
I'm pretty sure there is a typo in my version of the Old Testiment, as Noah was the guy with the ArK, but rumor is, it was Moses' idea to begin with.
