Infineon is big company which has lot's of cool IC's for replacing relays. At work we have very good experince with BSP350, BTS4140, BSP77, BTS660 and BTS5215.
Some of the IC's are in industrial environment and there we have very few problems. The IC's are simply
In automotive, trucks, 24 volts systems we have some problems when the black box is delivered from our customer to their costumer which does the final assembly. BTS5215 aren't indestructable and when the black box is mounted, there we have a critical moment.
BTS5215 is top modern so I'll guess not many have any experience of this particular IC but if someone out there works with similar Infineon IC's I would the like to hear from those persons.
