A little TV Troubleshooting help on an Audio Forum?

Hoping this allowed. If not, Mods please do what you have to!

LG 32lc7dc Power off red led.

Power on: 18 Green blinks, then nothing but vertical lines (se below) and after a short while turns off.

Replaced the PS board and T-Con board. Could this be a Main board problem or the connections to the top/sides of the picture panel?

Honestly, just recycle it and get a new one. That would be cheaper than fixing this old 32" TV,
and the new TV would be bigger and much better.

It could be anything from the main board, the LCD driver COF IC, ribbon connections or the panel itself.

I would personally do as Rayma says and get a new or second hand replacement and recycle.

If the screen is still intact it might be worth listing it on E-Bay.

It could be used to make a lamp that emulates natural lighting (for photography,, videos). Smart TVs can have WiFi and Bluetooth modules that connect by USB and could be adapted to other uses.
