in need of recommendation for a mid-bass driver
 

What drivers would you recommend for a two-way system with a tweeter going down effectively (94 dB) to 900-1KHz and a little less effectively (90 dB) to 600Hz?

* the driver in question is the Vifa DX25TG05-04 if it makes any difference.

price per unit: maximum 65-70 US dollar.

Not really enough useful infromation to recommend a driver.

The tweeter will excursion limit at the frequencies you mention,
generally its crossed over 2KHz or higher.

What do you think about audax HM170C0?
it has a nice flat, really wide freq range. will it do?
