Hi,
In figure 3 on this page Expandable Graphic Equaliser from an elliott sound graphic eq the gain/cut level for each frequency is set with 100k linear pots VR1-VRn. I would like to know if there is a formula to determine fixed resistors to replace the pot to set a specific gain or cut in db/ For example, lets say I wanted +3.3 db at 1k and -0.4 db at 8k, etc. Is there any way to calculate the values? In other words, I know the specific curve I'm looking for and would like to set it with fixed resistors.
Thanks
