What amp for B&C DCX464

I will need an amp for new B&C DCX464 they list Continuous Power Handling at 160w overall and 220 for the mid at 16 Ω. Will an amp rated at 300rms at 16 Ω be enough?

I’m sure even a 300B SET would be enough (119dB)...
